Chlorella’s profile is impressive and includes: 
50-60% protein. It’s also a complete protein, meaning it contains all 9 essential amino acids.
Rich antioxidants such as in chlorophyll, vitamin C, beta-carotene, lycopene and lutein.
A large host of vitamins and minerals, such as iron, vitamin C, magnesium, zinc, copper, potassium,
calcium, folic acid, B vitamins and omega-3 fatty acids, which are important for brain health.

Spirulina with power antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties:

Spirulina boasts a 60% protein content— It also has essential amino acids (compounds that are the building blocks of proteins)

it’s a richer source of protein than most vegetables Vitamins and Minerals:
it contains significant amounts of calcium, niacin, potassium, magnesium, B vitamins and iron
important antioxidants: phycocyanin and β-carotene as well as, Omega 3s in the form of DHA, EPA, and ALA and omega-6 in the form of gamma-linolenic acid.

Ingredients

3 cups filtered water
1/2 Lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon Coconut Vinegar or Apple Cider Vinegar
1–2 teaspoons Maple Syrup or Honey, (optional)
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon Spirulina powder
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon Chlorella powder
handful of ice cubes (optional)

Directions:

TIP: Make sure your water is room-temperature or slightly warm, to avoid the Spirulina and Chlorella from clumping up.
Pour the water into a mason jar or shaker cup and whisk in all ingredients, until well combined.
Add in a handful of ice cubes (optional).
Stir/shake from intermittently as the Spirulina and Chlorella may settle.
