For quicker returns, please be aware of the following return policy.

All returns are subject to approval.

Please have your invoice number, lot number and reason for return to help us make the return authorization. Items authorized for exchange must be in sellable condition without price tags, glue residue, or torn damaged packaging.

  • Expired items are not returnable.
  • Refrigerated or short dated items are not returnable.
  • Bulk herbs and teas are not returnable.
  • There are no returns on special orders or customized products.

Please report any invoice or shipping errors or damages within 5 days and we will be happy to rectify the problem.

All pre-approved returns are subject to a restocking fee. All returns must be pre-authorized prior to sending them back.
