Several species of evergreen conifer trees are used to produce this invigorating forest – scented essential oil blend. Spruce essential oil has a pleasing ‘green forest’ scent that is both calming and elevating.  Black Spruce helps support the respiratory and nervous system. These aromatic influences help to open and release emotions and feel grounded.  Balsam Fir has been shown to increase a relaxed feeling as well as improve positive feelings. This is due to its effect on the chemicals of the brain. The scent of Pine Essential Oil is known for having a clarifying, uplifting and invigorating effect.

Ingredients: Essential oils of Balsam Fir, Black Spruce and Pine.

How to use: Apply a few drops to your diffuser and get the feeling of being wrapped around in fresh forest air. This recipe is ideal for inhalation or to diffuse into the air. May be added into a carrier oil or base cream and applied to the soles of the feet or chest.
