Recommended dose: Adults take 2 capsules 1 time per day. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Take with food.
Cautions: Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners. Stop use if hypersensitivity occurs. Some people may experience diarrhea.
