Sesame oil, Calendula Infused oil, Castor oils and the essential oils of Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globus), Thyme (Thymus vulgaris), Peppermint (Mentha piperita), Pine (Pinus sylvestris), Ginger (Zingiber officinalis), Beeswax

How to use:
For a chest cold, apply to chest, back and shoulders. For a head cold/ sinus infection, apply to the upper sinus above the eyes and a dab below the nose.
