Turmeric Power Tea

Turmeric has been an amazing herb used for its medicinal, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties for thousands of years. This beneficial herb makes this tea wonderfully warming.

Ingredients: Turmeric Root, Cinnamon Bark, Black Pepper, Ginger Root, Cardamom Seed.

How to use: Add 1 teaspoon of Turmeric Powder Tea to one cup of boiling water, steep for 15-20 minutes. Alternatively, add 1 teaspoon to your favourite non-dairy milk, heat and enjoy.
