Wholesale Account Information

Nearly all herbal products produced by Gaia Garden are available in bulk and wholesale quantities. If you are a health practitioner or retailer please contact us below to request our wholesale catalog, wholesale pricing and shipping information regarding the products that interest you.

• Please note that the wholesale pricing discount of 40% is only available to retailers and health practicitioners.

  We require documentation that proves your business or practice is currently in operation. Please fax us your business license or practitioner credentials when placing your order.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept or reply to wholesale requests that do not meet the above criteria.

• All our customers are subject to our credit terms and conditions of sale.
• Signing our Credit-Application authorizes Gaia-Garden to take reasonable measures to confirm information supplied in your application.
• Our terms are Net 30 days upon approval of credit, or via VISA or MasterCard.
• Until credit approval is given, all orders are shipped PRE-PAID or VISA or MasterCard.
• Accounts over 30 days will be charged 2% per month (24% per annum).
• NSF cheques are charged a $25 service charge.

• Wholesale shipping starts at $11.95 and will never exceed $20.
• Wholesale orders in excess of $300 receive free shipping to locations within the continental United States or Canada.
• We make every effort to process an order within 1-2 business days.
• Once an order is processed, we ship by Canada-Post or by Courier.
• We cannot ship orders to locations outside of the continental United States or Canada.

• Wholesale prices are subject to change without notice.

• Damaged goods are to be reported immediately and the original packaging must be retained in order to process the claim.

• Gaia-Garden must PRE-AUTHORIZE all returns.
• All returns must be PRE-AUTHORIZED no later than 21 days of the date of the invoice, and then RECEIVED no later than 7 days from the Return-Authorization date
• If the return is not due to a mistake made on your order, there will be a 15% re-stocking fee deducted from the return.
• Returns that are not due to a mistake made by Gaia Garden are not refunded shipping costs.
• We CANNOT accept EXPIRED product or OPENED product for return.

• USA - customers shall be responsible for the local taxes in their locality (including customs, duty, etc.).
• Canada (except British Columbia) - all items are GST taxable.
• British Columbia - all items are GST taxable, part of the products are also PST taxable.

Health practitioners and retailers will be e-mailed a wholesaler application form in PDF format. In order to place an order, you are required to fax (604 734-4376) us a copy of this form in addition to your business license or Practitioner Credentials.
