Bulk Dried Herbs

Our dried herbs are potent, herbalist-grade, therapeutic botanicals that can be used for a wide variety of herbal medicinal treatment. Dried herbs are frequently infused as potent herbal teas, applied as a healing poultice or used in cooking in order to provide natural medicinal treatment and effective nutritional support.

Our dry herbs are rigourlessly inspected to ensure they are of fine quality and that the medicinal benefits of each batch of a dried herb are intact.

All of our single herbs are available in bulk sizes and many of our herbs are either organic or wild-crafted.

To brew herbal tea using dried herbs:

An infusion method is used to create herbal tea from the leaves, flowers and other soft parts of a plant. One teaspoon of dry herb is added for every one cup of boiling water. This infusion is then steeped for 5 to 15 minutes.

A decoction is used for the barks, roots, berries and any hard parts of the plant. The dried herb is placed in a pan, covered with cold water and brought to the boil. This decoction is then covered and allowed to simmer, but not boil, for 10 to 15 minutes.

For both decoctions and infusions, herbal tea should be drunk while still warm and before meals for maximum medicinal benefit.
