Ingredients: Peppermint leaf ( Mentha piperita), Aniseed ( Pimpinella anisum), Fennel Seed ( Foeniculum vulgare), Cinnamon bark c/s ( cinnamonum zeylanicum), Lavender Flower ( Lavandula angustifolia), Meadowsweet herb ( Filipendula umlaria), Marshmallow Roots c/s ( Althea officinalis radix).
Infusion: 1 tsp of tea per cup of water, steep for 15 to 20 min.
