|Adults||2 ml taken 3 times daily. Dilute in hot water and take before meals or as directed by your health care practitioner.|
|Cautions and Warnings||Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes or a blood clotting disorder. May cause heartburn, flatulence, gastrointestinal irritation. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if taking CNS depressants, blood thinners, cholesterol lowering medication or antihypertensive medication. Hypersensitivity may occur, in which case discontinue use.|
|Contra-indications||Do not use if you are allergic to the Asteraceae (daisy) family or the Lamiatae family. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you have gastric catarrh or in cases of ulcers and chronic bowel irritation.|
