The offered products consist of the best quality herbal remedies - herbal extracts, tincture formulations, medicinal teas, dried herbs, essential oils, massage oils, creams and salves for herbal therapeutic relief. These products are manufactured at Gaia Garden's Licensed-Site under GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

All Gaia Garden locations will possess a similar and recognizable layout, design and style.

Training

The company has a comprehensive training and support program which provides franchisees and their staff with the knowledge to maintain and grow a Gaia Garden store.

After training, a new franchisee can begin operations of his/her store quickly, smoothly and with confidence. Training for franchisees takes place in Vancouver, BC (Canada).

Franchising

The purchase price for a Gaia Garden turn key franchise location including; tenant improvements, franchise fee, and development costs, inventory and equipment will be in the range of $75,000 - $100,000 (depending on the store location and size).

Ongoing royalties are based on a percentage of gross sales conducted from the franchise premises.

Products & Supplies

The company supplies each location, whether self-owned or franchise, with products and company specific supplies. The price of the supplied products for the franchisee is at a very siginificant discount from the company's official SRP (suggested retail price). Generic items are purchased directly by each store from suppliers indicated by the company.
