Chanchal Cabrera MSc,
MINMH, AHG Medical Herbalist
Chanchal has practiced as a medical herbalist and nutritional consultant since 1987. She holds a Master of Science degree in Herbal Medicine from the University of Wales. Since 1997 Chanchal has been a consultant to the Canadian Ministry of Health in Ottawa, advising on issues relating to herbal medicine and natural health products. She is the founder and co-owner of the Gaia Garden Herbal Dispensary and the author of a book ‘Fibromyalgia – the Journey Toward Healing’ published by Contemporary Books.
Using a blend of western bio-medical and eastern energetic systems. Chanchal explores the origins and development of health problems and provides guidance on healthy diets, stress management and lifestyle issues as well as providing individualized herbal and supplement protocols.
