Fatigue

Constant stress and anxiety may lead to eventual burnout of the immune system. Such a condition is often a contributing factor to a greater sense of chronic fatigue and related symptoms such as lack of energy and sleeplessness. Fatigue is a normal and important response to physical exertion, emotional stress, boredom, or lack of sleep. However, it can be a nonspecific sign of a more serious psychological or physical disorder. When fatigue is not relieved by enough sleep, a low-stress environment, or good nutrition, your doctor should evaluate it.
